AGENCY RELATIONSHIPS
If you have questions regarding Agency Relationships (essentially whether a broker represents you or not) please feel free to reach out to Chris Yeagle. The following websites are resources to assist you with these guidelines for each state that we currently work in. Remember: unless / until you execute an agreement with a Broker, they do not represent your interests.

Regarding Communications, Agency Relationships and Co-brokerage: We will typically continue to send you correspondence on an offering until you either tell us that you have no further interest or we send you a final request in which we ask you to acknowledge that you still have interest. Please do not hesitate to tell us "no further interest" or to provide feedback as this still helps us.  If you have Agency questions please feel free to call Chris Yeagle for further clarification. We love working with brokers and routinely share in our commissions, but we do have some rules regarding our decision as to whether to share in our commission.  At registration, you made a selection regarding whether you were represented by a broker or not.  Regardless of that selection of representation you are welcome to communicate directly with us and we will provide you with direct email updates that mirror the correspondence that unrepresented buyers are receiving. If you would like for us to share in the commission with your broker of choice we will consider it provided that 1) you identify that broker (copying them on an email with us) as representing you immediately and before any communication with Chris Yeagle occurs, and 2) all of your communication occurs through the broker that you selected to represent you. Essentially if you want your broker to be paid by us, then they will be put in a position in which they earn it. You will be communicating with or through your broker and not directly with us. We feel that this helps to respect the Agency relationships that all parties have selected. It also solves a lot of problems that can arise when at a time of writing an offer, a new broker shows up, uniformed, and weakens a qualified buyer's progress. We look forward to working with you on a successful transaction and thanks for your interest in our offerings.
